建設(shè)規(guī)模：包括封禁治理生態(tài)修復(fù)措施、河道水土流失治理措施、鄉(xiāng)村人居環(huán)境綜合整治措施；封禁治理1437.51h㎡,修建封山碑4座；治理河道長度為1030.79m，新建護岸長1485.86m（其中左岸段長585.08m，右岸段長1000.78m），新建坡面步級5座，下河步級3座，新建宣傳牌1座；設(shè)置親水步道長1564.91m，栽植垂柳32株、桂花樹32株，安置風(fēng)光互補太陽能路燈共計20套，新建生活垃圾分類收集站1座；具體詳見《施工圖設(shè)計》及經(jīng)財政投資評審的《工程量清單》所有內(nèi)容。9;。

投標人資格要求

      3.1投標人須具有水利水電工程施工總承包叁級或叁級以上資質(zhì)；具有省級及以上建設(shè)行政主管部門頒發(fā)的安全生產(chǎn)許可證。在人員、設(shè)備、資金等方面具備相應(yīng)的施工能力。 
      

      3.2本次招標不接受聯(lián)合體投標。
