normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.1本招標項目2022年錦江區(qū)第二批次道路提升整治工程施工 / 標段已由成都市錦江區(qū)發(fā)展和改革局以錦發(fā)改投【2022】第39號批準建設，項目業(yè)主為成都市錦江區(qū)市政設施養(yǎng)護中心，建設資金來自國家投資-政府投資，項目出資比例為100%， 項目已具備招標條件，現(xiàn)進行公開招標。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.2本招標項目由成都市錦江區(qū)發(fā)展和改革局核準（招標事項核準文號為錦發(fā)改投【2022】第39號）的招標組織形式為委托招標。招標人選擇的招標代理機構是北京建智達工程管理股份 。

normal align=left style='margin-right:-1.0pt;text-align:left; text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>2.1建設 將路面病害處治合格后拉毛，鋪防裂卷材，加鋪瀝青混凝土面層，更換井蓋等。人行道更換鋪裝、井蓋、路緣石、樹池等，增設城市家具、架空通訊、電力等纜線下地、增加排水管道等附屬設施。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.1須具有獨立法人資格

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.2須具有 建設行政主管部門頒發(fā)的市政公用工程施工總承包一級及以上資質；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.3信譽要求：不存在投標人須知第1.4.3項規(guī)定的限制投標的情形；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.4企業(yè)注冊地不在四川省行政區(qū)域內的省外企業(yè)須提供在有效期內的四川省住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設廳官網(wǎng)已公開的入川信息網(wǎng)頁截圖（如投標人為聯(lián)合體，則聯(lián)合體所有成員均應具有）。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt; line-height:150%'>3.1.5所有投標人應具有針對本標段的《成都市建設領域市場主體信用記錄（評價）網(wǎng)絡登記表》、《成都市建設領域從業(yè)人員信用記錄（評價）網(wǎng)絡登記表》。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>近年（2019年10月01日至投標截止時間，不少于3年）已完成的項目共不少于1個類似工程業(yè)績。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>類似工程業(yè)績是指:單個合同中市政道路總長度不低于10公里的市政道路（含新建或改建或擴建項目）的施工業(yè)績

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.2本次招標不接受聯(lián)合體投標。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.3 各投標人均可就上述1個標段投標，可中標的標段數(shù)量為1個。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.4入圍條件：市政施工投標人開標當日在“成都市建筑市場信用信息管理系統(tǒng)”中被列入市場禁入名單的（聯(lián)合體投標的，組成聯(lián)合體各投標人任意一家被列入市場禁入名單的），在交易云平臺勾選主體信用評價的專業(yè)類別與其投標使用的資質類別不一致的，一律不能成為合格投標人。
