normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>本 太行一號旅游公路陽曲黃泥路主線（陽曲縣產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)連通道路）改造工程陽曲改造段施工 （招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目編號：I1401000278000515001）已由陽曲縣行政審批服務(wù)管理局以陽審管投字[2021]36號批準(zhǔn)，項(xiàng)目資金來源為縣政府財(cái)政解決，并積極申請上級補(bǔ)助， 本項(xiàng)目已具備招標(biāo)條件，現(xiàn)進(jìn)行公開招標(biāo)，特邀請有興趣的潛在投標(biāo)申請人（以下簡稱申請人）提出資格預(yù)審申請。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>項(xiàng)目規(guī)模：陽曲改造段項(xiàng)目起點(diǎn)接108國道，起點(diǎn)樁號KO+000，沿現(xiàn)有線位北側(cè)加寬，過龍王溝水庫后起坡，跨越現(xiàn)狀楊興河橋、迎春水庫后進(jìn)入現(xiàn)狀土塬臺(tái)地，向西跨大運(yùn)高速后在下安村和宋莊村之間接入，終點(diǎn)在大西客專橋下，終點(diǎn)樁號為K3+600，道路全長3600m，道路寬度40m。道路性質(zhì)為城市主干路;設(shè)計(jì)車速∶50km/h;路面類型∶瀝青混凝土路面。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1本次資格預(yù)審要求申請人須具備市政公用工程施工總承包一級及以上資質(zhì)，有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，并在人員、設(shè)備、資金等方面具有相應(yīng)的施工能力，其中，申請人擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理須具備市政公用工程專業(yè)一級注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格和中級及以上職稱，同時(shí)具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證，且未擔(dān)任其它在建工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理。
