normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>項目規(guī)模：本工程為大張高鐵大同段橋梁涉河段防護工程，共涉及11座橋梁、10條河道，共跨河11處。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>本招標項目劃分為1個標段，本次招標為其中的：001第一標段，該標段（包）內(nèi)容：主要內(nèi)容有格賓石籠橋墩局部防護、格賓石籠護岸、格賓石籠導流堤和新建防浪墻等；施工圖紙內(nèi)的全部內(nèi)容及工程量清單。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>    

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>1、投標人須具有獨立法人資格且同時具備水利水電工程工程施工總承包叁級及以上資質(zhì)與鐵路工程施工總承包叁級及以上資質(zhì)，具有有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照和安全生產(chǎn)許可證，并在人員、設(shè)備、資金等方面具有相應(yīng)的施工能力。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>2、投標人擬派的項目經(jīng)理須具備水利水電專業(yè)貳級及以上或鐵路工程專業(yè)壹級注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核證（B）證；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3、技術(shù)負責人須符合相關(guān)專業(yè)要求并取得中級以上（含中級）技術(shù)職稱，各主要工作崗位須滿足持證上崗條件；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>4、與招標人存在利害關(guān)系可能影響招標公正性的法人、其他組織或者個人，不得參加投標；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>5、單位負責人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關(guān)系的不同單位，不得參加同一標段投標或者未劃分標段的同一招標項目投標。
