      2．投標人資格要求
      

      2.1 本次招標要求投標人須具備中華人民共和國境內(nèi)注冊（指按國家有關(guān)規(guī)定要求注冊的）且合法存續(xù)的，生產(chǎn)或經(jīng)營本次招標貨物，具備獨立法人資格的供應(yīng)商。

      2.4同一標段或者未劃分標段的同一項目下的兩個或兩個以上的投標人出現(xiàn)如下情形的，投標均無效。

      （3）主要人員（控股股東、監(jiān)事、經(jīng)理、董事）相互兼任的。
      

      2.5投標人的投標標的如果涉及知識產(chǎn)權(quán)（包括專利、商標和著作等）使用，投標人應(yīng)在投標文件中提供相關(guān)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的權(quán)屬證明或合法使用證明復(fù)印件。
