1）HIPPS關斷閥執(zhí)行機構應滿足在450 kPaG氣源壓力和閥門在最大壓差（20900kPa）下，執(zhí)行機構扭矩不小于 HIPPS閥門從打開位置到關閉所需扭矩的2.5倍。2）從壓力變送器測量值達到其設定值至 HIPPS 關斷閥完全關閉總時間應小于3秒。1）HIPPS shut-off valve actuator should meet the 450 kPaG gas source pressure and the valve in the maximum differential pressure (20900kPa), the actuator torque is not less than HIPPS valve from the open position to close the required torque 2.5 times. 2）The total time from when the measured value of the pressure transmitter reaches its set value to when the HIPPS shut-off valve is completely closed shall be less than 3 seconds.

The bidder is committed to provide third-party certificates of classification societies at the time of delivery.I.投標人應承諾自行委托國家安全生產監(jiān)督管理總局海洋石油作業(yè)安全辦公室(COOOSO) 認可的下列任一家船級社 (ABS, DNV, BV 和 CCS) 對HIPPS整體進行檢驗并獲得檢驗證書。并將發(fā)證機構簽發(fā)的設計評審報告和檢驗證書提交買方，投標人承諾交貨后兩個月內須提供船級社 (ABS, DNV, BV 和 CCS) HIPPS整撬檢驗證書。The bidder shall undertake to commission any one of the following Classification Societies (ABS, DNV, BV and CCS) recognized by the Offshore Oil Safety Office (COOOSO) of the State Administration of Work Safety to carry out the inspection of the whole HIPPS and obtain the inspection certificate. The Design Review Report and Inspection Certificate issued by the issuing organization shall be submitted to the buyer, and the bidder undertakes to provide Classification Societies (ABS, DNV, BV and CCS) with the HIPPS whole skid inspection certificate within two months after delivery.
