我司2025年第十一批房屋現(xiàn)面向社會(huì)公開(kāi)招租，現(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)公告如下：
一、招租標(biāo)的基本情況
詳見(jiàn)附表（共1處）。
二、報(bào)名條件及程序
（一）報(bào)名資格
具有完全民事行為能力的自然人、獨(dú)立法人或其他組織可報(bào)名。
（二）報(bào)名時(shí)間
2025年11月20日起5個(gè)法定工作日，如此次流標(biāo)的，按照5個(gè)工作日為一個(gè)周期延長(zhǎng)報(bào)名時(shí)間，直至征集到意向承租方（我司需改變招租條件的除外）。
（三）特別告知
意向承租方須自行通過(guò)相關(guān)資料、實(shí)物查勘等方式詳細(xì)了解標(biāo)的瑕疵（包括但不限于標(biāo)的原承租人未放棄優(yōu)先承租權(quán)等）及有關(guān)政策規(guī)定（包括但不限于能否辦理營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照等）。若決定承租，須在報(bào)名時(shí)書(shū)面承諾將自行承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。承租標(biāo)的實(shí)際情況和承租面積等均以實(shí)物現(xiàn)狀移交為準(zhǔn)，意向承租方在招租期間有權(quán)利及義務(wù)自行對(duì)標(biāo)的資產(chǎn)進(jìn)行全面了解，一經(jīng)遞交招租文件并交納交易保證金（招租保證金金額詳見(jiàn)招租文件），即表明已完全了解與認(rèn)可標(biāo)的狀況及相關(guān)約定，自愿接受承租標(biāo)的的全部現(xiàn)狀及瑕疵，并愿承擔(dān)一切責(zé)任與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，成為承租方后不得以不了解標(biāo)的狀況及瑕疵為由退還標(biāo)的或拒付租金，否則將視為違約。
